When and how do we know what countries we have been given after registering and how do we know if our requests have been received successfully?

thats the problem. I think its supposed to be sent by mail, but I haven't recieved anything.
Either they are still processing all the entries,or their e-registration thing failed.
I thought the first registration at the LT was good. Everyone was happy.
